Care Elmbridge is recruiting an energetic and empathetic Field Care Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team. We do not provide sponsorship for this position. A driving licence is a must.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the activities of field staff or caregivers who provide services to clients in their homes or other community settings. Other responsibilities include:

  • Assessment and review of individual services
  • Supervision and training
  • Quality assurance
  • Open and effective communication
  • Problem solving and compliance
About You

You’ll be a great communicator, highly motivated and organized, with solid leadership skills and a passion for driving efficiency and maintaining high standards. You’ll also need a care qualification or equivalent to at least NVQ Level 3, or working towards Level 3. Ideally you will have 1 to 2 years experience as a Field Care Supervisor.
