  • Pay: £500 – £750 per week (depending on assignment and experience)
The Role

We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work across KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school in Telford, starting January 2026. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone looking to establish themselves within a school setting and progress into a longer-term role.

You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-set work, maintaining positive behavior, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. This role plays a vital part in supporting pupils’ learning and maintaining a calm, productive classroom environment.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be professional, adaptable, and confident managing classrooms. You should be:

  • Experienced working with secondary-aged students (KS3 & KS4)
  • Confident in classroom and behavior management
  • Able to engage pupils and maintain focus on learning tasks
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to different school environments
  • Considering a future career in teaching or education (desirable but not essential)
