Job summary
A leading logistics company in Dartford is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a permanent position. This role doesn't require prior experience as training will be provided. Candidates need to have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. The role involves working night shifts with an hourly rate of £12.21 plus night shift allowance. A variety of benefits are also offered.

About the role:
To join us as a Warehouse Operative, you won’t need experience, we’ll provide you with that. But you will need a strong work ethic and real attention to detail. It’s a physical job, in a busy warehouse that’s always working at full speed, so you’ll be on the go throughout your shift. Whatever task you’re performing, your attention to detail will make sure every parcel gets to its customer right on time.

A flexible in approach to work and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach
