Are you looking to use your warehouse experience in a new role? Do you like the sound of working on a large, complex operation with one of the biggest names in logistics? Are you ready for your next challenge?

We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/Reach truck driver on the night shift, for our contract based in Burton Latimer. Based at their production facility. You’ll be working on the night shift , 1900-0700 Sunday-Wednesday one week and Sunday-Tuesday the next.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £14.97 per hr. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank 8 holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • General warehouse duties
  • Loading and unloading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
  • There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • A focus on health and safety
  • Reach truck license
  • Experience within Warehousing would be beneficial
  • Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given
  • Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given
