Newstaff Employment is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Milton Keynes, with a planned relocation to Bow Brickhill, Milton Keynes, from 1st August. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic logistics team, working in a fast-paced environment with long-term potential.

Location: Dunstable LU5 (relocating to Bow Brickhill, Milton Keynes MK17 from 1st August)
Salary: £12.21 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Wednesday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (4 days on, 3 days off)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

• Pick and pack products of various sizes with accuracy and care
• Work initially from printed pick sheets, transitioning to digital hand scanners
• Follow warehouse procedures and maintain a clean working environment
• Support team members and meet daily performance targets
• Previous experience and consistency in warehouse or logistics roles
• Confidence using pick sheets and/or handheld scanning devices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• 4-day working week with 3 days off
• Consistent work with immediate start
• Friendly and supportive team environment
• Opportunity to grow with the company as the site relocates to Milton Keynes
• Ongoing work with potential for permanent placement
