Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on individual requirements and daily targets.
• Place stock in designated storage areas and maintain accurate stock location records.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with the management team to report issues related to customer consignments.
• Load customer orders onto vehicles or prepare them for collection.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and report hazards.
• Keep work areas clean and organised in line with 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements.

Overview

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our client's Despatch Team based in Grimethorpe. You will play a key role within the Operations Team, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.
