Overview

Are you ready for a new challenge? We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team at GXO in Wellingborough. Whether you already hold a Reach Truck licence or you're keen to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and progress your career.

This is a dual-role position combining general warehouse duties with MHE operation. A Reach Truck licence is preferred, but not essential – we’re more interested in your attitude and willingness to get involved.

This is a full-time, permanent position, any 5 from 7 days on a rotation basis. Shifts will cover the following hours: 06:15 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 22:15.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, load and unload goods for customer orders
  • Operate the Reach Truck safely and efficiently in accordance with site procedures
  • Maintain accurate stock records, including inventory movements and discrepancies
  • Support inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations
  • Use warehouse management systems and scanners to track orders and stock
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
