A leading care provider in the UK seeks a compassionate Care Assistant to support individuals in daily tasks, ensuring their dignity and well-being. Responsibilities include providing personal care, encouraging independence, and forming meaningful connections with residents. With no prior experience necessary, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from a dedicated mentor. This role offers flexible hours, paid breaks, and career progression opportunities within the organization.
Making a difference means more than just providing care; it’s about bringing comfort, companionship and dignity to people’s lives. As a Care Assistant you’ll support individuals with daily tasks, encourage independence and create meaningful connections that truly impact their well‑being.
Personal care is an essential part of being a Care Assistant, ensuring that those you support can maintain their dignity at all times. This includes helping with washing, dressing, bathroom visits and always respecting personal choices and preferences. You may support someone in getting ready for the day by helping them dress and ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in the outfit they have chosen to wear. These responsibilities are crucial in providing compassionate and respectful care, empowering individuals to live as independently as possible while feeling valued and supported.
We offer training through our Care Academy, beginning with a comprehensive 12‑week induction programme. You don’t need formal care experience or qualifications to join us. What matters most is your empathy, willingness to learn and commitment to supporting individuals with varying needs. Whether you’ve cared for a loved one at home or are completely new to the sector, you’ll be guided every step of the way by a mentor and a supportive team. We’ll give you the skills and confidence to deliver truly compassionate, person‑centred care.
