- Managing a portfolio of multi‑utility design projects in compliance with technical standards and regulations.
- Overseeing the full design lifecycle from quotation to adoption, maintaining accurate documentation and meeting project milestones.
- Collaborating with design engineers, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Liaising with developers, network operators, and water companies to support successful project outcomes.
- Monitoring project scope, costs, and specifications, and managing variations in line with commercial procedures.
- Experience designing single or multi‑utility projects in domestic, commercial, and multiple‑occupancy settings.
- Understanding of CDM Regulations and their application to design.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and commercial documentation.
- Excellent IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of SPEN Radar, WINDEBUT/SNAP, or similar software.
- Minimum of HNC in an Engineering‑related discipline.
