A leading banking institution in Manchester is seeking a Customer Journey Manager to enhance customer experiences through innovative design and analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in Agile methodologies, and a passion for leveraging AI solutions. JOB TITLE: Customer Journey Manager
SALARY: £59,850 - £66,500
LOCATION: Manchester
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid – at least two days per week in office
