A leading NHS organization in Uxbridge seeks two Registered Mental Health Nurses for Colne Ward, an 8-bedded male PICU unit. We are looking for two Band 5 Mental Health Nurses to work on Colne Ward Riverside Centre. Colne ward is an 8 bedded male PICU unit. Colne Ward recently obtained QNPICU accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatry.
We would like to recruit nurses who have strong leadership skills and be able to work independently but also above all to work collaboratively and effectively within the team. Ability to prioritise and make sound decisions sometimes under pressure. Good communication skills, able to work at times without direct supervision and problem solving skills. Have some skills and experienced working in a Mental Health setting.

The wards is currently engaging in Quality Improvement projects as we continually seek to improve service-user experiences and provide high quality outcomes. You will have the opportunity to engage in these projects and be supported to identify new ones as we continue to evolve.
