Node.js Software Developer – Healthcare Startup – London

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Vue.js and React.
Build scalable backend services with Node.js (experience with NestJS is a plus).
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product and design to shape technical solutions.
Contribute to architectural and technical decision-making.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies.
Stay current with modern development trends and frameworks.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Software Developer in a commercial environment.
Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Express or NestJS (desirable).
Experience working in or strong enthusiasm for startup environments.
Solid understanding of modern development practices, including REST APIs, Git, and agile workflows.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Right to work in the UK.
Hybrid working model – 3 days per week in our central London office.
