PMOs are responsible for overseeing governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking and risk management, often providing project performance insights to senior management.

Product Manager:

A product manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the development, launch and ongoing success of a product. They are responsible for defining the product vision, creating roadmaps and prioritising features based on customer needs and business goals, ensuring quality and functionality which resonates with key stakeholders.
