- The Cybersecurity Governance Transformation Specialist develops, implements, and continuously improves BT's cyber security controls framework.
- You will not operate controls directly, but act as the architect and administrator of the framework - embedding it across business units while ensuring its efficacy in support of business objectives.
- You will leverage design thinking, systems thinking, and strong collaboration skills to facilitate shared visibility of control health, enable risk & resource-informed decision-making, and ensure clear accountability across the control life cycle.
- By breaking down organizational siloes through integrated, aligned business processes this role helps BT sustain a resilient, transparent, and trusted control environment.
