An independent care home group is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to enhance staff capabilities and improve care quality. The role involves identifying training needs, delivering solutions, and supporting home managers. Candidates should have experience in training, communication skills, and knowledge of adult learning principles. This position offers a competitive salary and requires flexibility in travel and working hours.
Salary £40,000 inclusive of Car Allowance
40 hours per week on Mon to Fri, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with flexibility required

As an L&D Business Partner, you'll work closely with care home managers, staff, and a regional Care Trainer to identify development needs, deliver engaging training solutions, and evaluate their impact. You'll lead on L&D projects, create tailored learning resources, including e-learning, and champion a positive culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve regular home visits, hands-on coaching, and collaborative work with internal and external partners to ensure training is relevant, accessible, and effective.
You'll be a key contact for homes in your region, supporting them to meet compliance standards, grow their teams, and apply learning in real-time. Your influence will help drive both personal growth and organisational excellence.
