Role
Role & Responsibilities

As a Trainee Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic and personal development within a small, supportive class. You will work alongside experienced SEN teachers, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship as you contribute to lesson planning, delivery, and assessment. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic approach to learning. This is an opportunity to build strong relationships with students and contribute significantly to their growth.

Main tasks include
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons.
  • Supporting students' academic and personal development.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Assessing student progress and identifying areas for development.
  • Maintaining a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for working with children with SEN.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
