Overview

What is a Recruitment Consultant?

This is our trainee position, requiring zero experience. All we ask for is maximum effort in return. That doesn’t mean getting up at 5am or making you hustle 24/7 - just being the best version of yourself during the hours in your contract.

About Us…

We’re a privately held recruitment business that helps companies hire specialist talent across Technology, Accounting, Governance, Compliance, Change Management, Advisory and Legal. You will be aligned to a team or office responsible for surpassing client expectations by identifying the best talent in the market. We’ve been doing this for over 30 years, and many of our leadership team started in this role. Don’t worry, most of us have been in your shoes, and it’s not that bad.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

As a new recruit, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks, including advertising jobs, speaking to candidates, using systems, and building skills to progress within our company. Recruitment can be unpredictable—amazing one day, challenging the next. You don’t need to work with everyone, just the candidates and clients who respect you. We believe in meritocracy, so if you’re eager to progress, you know what to do.
