• Scrutinising and verifying payroll inputs to ensure the ESR payroll system runs smoothly.
• Running the weekly payroll alongside other Senior Payroll Officers.
• Interpreting previous service details for accurate payroll processing.
• Maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and internal audit requirements.
• Conducting complex manual calculations to ensure precise payroll records.
• Applying Trust conditions of service for correct payment processing.
• Addressing payroll queries from employees, managers, and HR with professionalism and efficiency.
