Job description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join a busy Customer Support Team. This role is available on a temporary, fixed-term (3 months) or permanent basis, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

As a key member of the team, you will support both customers and internal colleagues by processing orders, coordinating despatches, managing enquiries and ensuring a consistently high standard of service. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Operations and Sales, acting as a central point of contact to ensure queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
  • Coordinate domestic and international despatches, ensuring paperwork is complete and correct
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via shared inboxes
  • Handle warranties, complaints, and service plans in line with escalation procedures
  • Process credit card payments securely and accurately
  • Support internal teams with customer and order-related queries
  • Liaise with Finance, Operations, and Sales to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data
  • Champion excellent customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement
