The Senior Project Manager of Multifamily Construction & Facilities Integration will leverage their construction, property operations, and process management expertise to maximize the operational and financial efficiency for the entire NWR portfolio. This role will focus on improving new construction turnover, operational acceptance, and ensuring future cost‑saving maintenance procedures and policies are in place. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction, maintenance strategies and operations, process optimization, and team leadership.
Ability to travel as needed to oversee property operations, vendor management, and project execution.
Knowledge of building systems, sustainability initiatives, and energy efficiency practices is a plus.
