Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Business Change Project Manager to join an insurance business on a contract basis in Romford. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PMO leadership and project management, particularly with Monday.com. You'll work closely with HR functions to enhance capabilities and must be pragmatic with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks. This role is office-based three days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PMO leadership and project management within transformation programs.
• Experience working with HR/training functions for capability uplift initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com and other project management tools.

Our client, a leading Insurance business, are recruiting for a Business Change Project Manager that must have Monday.com experience to join the team on a contract basis.

3 days per week in the office

Experience:

• Proven experience in PMO leadership and project management within transformation programs.
• Proven experience in working with HR / training functions to plan and deliver roll-out of capability uplift initiatives.
• Experience working in small teams as part of a large organisation.
• Understanding of financial services and insurance.
• Pragmatic, 'can do' attitude, willing to get stuck in.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com and other project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
• Monday.com to an SME level required
