Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Global Translation Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of our translation processes, both internally and externally. Acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders, this individual will ensure seamless communication, efficient workflows, and high-quality translation outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our translation operations while supporting stakeholders with onboarding, education, and issue resolution.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Translation Management
  • Serve as the central authority for managing and controlling translation processes across the organisation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of translations.
Stakeholder Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders utilising the translation process, addressing issues, and providing solutions.
  • Facilitate clear communication between all parties involved in the translation workflow.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports on translation activities, highlighting key metrics, progress, and areas for improvement.
Onboarding & Training
  • Lead the onboarding process for new stakeholders, ensuring they are well‑versed in translation workflows and best practices.
  • Roll out updates, new workflows, and process improvements, providing training and support as needed.
Availability & Responsiveness
  • Be available 5 days a week to address queries, resolve issues, and provide guidance promptly.
