A leading EV infrastructure company is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of rapid-charging sites across England. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while navigating regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organised, has a strong understanding of infrastructure delivery, and can manage contractors effectively. This position is based in London and requires on-site work several days a week.

Job description

I’m supporting a scaling EV infrastructure business in hiring a high-calibre Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple rapid-charging sites across the UK.

This role is perfect for someone who has experience managing multiple infrastructure projects at once, thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ultra-organised under pressure, and brings positive energy to complex delivery programmes.

The Role

You’ll manage multiple live projects simultaneously, driving each site from design through to construction, energisation and handover. You’ll oversee contractors, ICPs and subcontractors day-to-day, ensuring quality, safety and programme milestones are consistently met.

What They’re Looking For

• Exceptionally organised operator who can run a high-volume, multi-site delivery portfolio
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations, PAS 128, and JCT D&B
• Proven experience managing contractors, civils packages, and technical design reviews
• Confident overseeing programmes, cost control, and commercial processes
• A great attitude, upbeat, solutions-led, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoyable to work with
• Experience in EV, energy, civils, utilities, roadside developments, or infrastructure delivery

Location

📍 London office (on-site several days a week) not a fully remote role.
