On offer is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to join a market leading business in a highly autonomous position, trusted to organise your working week travelling to sites across the Midlands and providing essential service and maintenance to electrical systems on site.

This role would suit a Gas Safe qualified technician who enjoys a mix of heating, plumbing, and general maintenance work, in a role offering variety, autonomy, and long-term stability.

• Carry out heating system maintenance, fault finding and repairs (domestic and light commercial) across multiple sites
• Complete general facilities maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work, and building fabric repairs
• Work from a planned maintenance schedule, as well as responding to urgent issues when required
• Regional travel from Manchester to the Midlands (company vehicle and fuel card provided)

• Gas Safe registered
• Background as a heating engineer, facilities engineer or similar
• Experience in both planned and reactive maintenance
• Comfortable working independently and travelling regionally
• Full UK Drivers License
