Tradewind Recruitment is excited to offer a Graduate Teacher Training Programme in partnership with a supportive and forward‑thinking secondary school in the Kettering area. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about education and looking to train as qualified teachers while gaining invaluable classroom experience.

Location: Kettering
Start Date: ASAP or September start available
Contract Type: Full‑time, long‑term, with a direct pathway into teacher training

This structured training programme is designed to help graduates develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to become successful teachers. You will begin by supporting lessons, working with small groups, and gradually taking on more responsibility as you progress. Throughout the programme, you will receive high‑quality mentoring and professional development, leading to the opportunity to begin a formal teacher training route within the school.

• Support the delivery of lessons across a range of subjects
• Work with small groups and individual students to accelerate progress
• Assist with planning, resources, and classroom organisation
• Develop your teaching skills under the guidance of experienced educators

• A degree in any subject discipline
