Job summary
A leading multinational company in London is seeking an Interim Tax Manager for a 6-month contract to support Year-End activities. You will be responsible for preparing corporation tax returns for UK entities and managing tax provisioning under IFRS. Ideal candidates should have an ACA/CTA qualification and relevant experience in tax reporting. Excellent communication skills are essential for building relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Relevant compliance and reporting experience within a large multinational.
- Tax reporting knowledge under GAAP/IFRS.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of corporation tax returns for UK entities.
- Half year and full year group tax provisioning under IFRS including relevant disclosures.
- Ownership of tax deliverables.

Our client is a listed-multinational who are actively seeking an Interim Tax Manager for a 6-month contract to support Year-End. Reporting into the Tax Director, you will be joining an established tax team and have exposure to the global functions of a listed organisation.
- Preparation of corporation tax returns for UK entities.
- Half year, and full year group tax provisioning under IFRS including relevant disclosures.
- Ownership of tax deliverables.
- ACA/CTA (or equivalent)
