Job Title: Regional Tax Partner - Surrey

We are working with a growing accountancy practice who partner with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and individual clients. As part of their ambitious growth strategy, there are Partner level opportunities across their offices to continue to build out the firm's tax presence.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and well-rounded tax professional to take a lead role in developing and expanding the firm\'s mixed tax services. You will advise clients across a wide range of tax matters, including both corporate and personal tax, and support them with effective tax planning and compliance strategies. The role also involves managing key client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the ongoing strategic direction of the firm\'s tax practice.

The firm welcomes applications from both established Partners and ambitious Directors who are looking for the next step in their career and are ready to leverage the firm\'s existing client base to build out its tax practice outside of the London offices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and expansion of the firm\'s mixed tax services across corporate and personal tax matters.
  • Advise clients on a broad range of tax matters and support effective tax planning and compliance strategies.
  • Manage key client relationships and mentor junior staff.
  • Contribute to the ongoing strategic direction of the firm\'s tax practice.
  • Collaborate with Partners and Directors to grow the tax presence outside of London.
Qualifications
  • Experienced and well-rounded tax professional capable of taking a lead role in practice development.
  • Ability to leverage the firm\'s existing client base to build out the tax practice beyond London.
  • Open to candidates at Partner or Director level seeking career progression.
