Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Legal PA, preferably in Private Clients or Family Law.
- Strong experience with diary management and organizing meetings.
- Ability to handle billing and manage client databases.
Responsibilities
- Support 5 professionals, including 2 Junior Equity Partners.
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and travel including overseas trips.
- Prepare and process monthly billing.

A Full service London Law Firm is looking for a Legal PA to support the Tax & Private Department. This is an exciting PA role, with client contact, supporting 5 people including 2 Junior Equity Partners.
They’re looking for a Legal PA to organise their diaries, so experience with diary management is essential as you will be arranging meetings and travel, including overseas trips. Furthermore you will be preparing and process monthly billing, manage the new client take on process, manage their client database so experience within legal is important for this role.
2 years legal PA experience in Private Clients/Family Law Needed
