A global insurance company is seeking a Tax Controller to manage Insurance Premium Tax processes across Europe. Key responsibilities include data coordination for Excise Tax, VAT compliance, and collaboration with finance teams. The Tax Controller – Indirect Taxes, will play a key role in managing SiriusPoint’s Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) processes across 20 jurisdictions. The primary responsibility is to compile, reconcile, and consolidate tax data into summary reports for an external service provider to file IPT returns. The role also includes preparing VAT submissions for Sweden, Belgium, and Switzerland, as well as supporting various ad hoc tax controlling activities. This position reports to the Tax Director, Europe and Asia Pacific.
