Job summary

A leading travel management firm in the United Kingdom is looking for a candidate with strong financial acumen to assist with invoicing, financial reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of sales and costs, experience in presenting financial information, and a commitment to learning. A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English is required, along with A levels or a finance-related qualification. Join us to help some of the world's best brands travel smartly.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of sales, commissions, and costs.
  • Experience in presenting financial information to non-financial managers.
  • Experience in interacting with different levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Raise client invoices and credit notes.
  • Provide reports for monthly transaction fee billing.
  • Assist with the provision of GCT templates.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Raise client invoices and credit notes
  • Provide reports for monthly transaction fee billing as well as reports which form part of consolidation reports for EMEA and US clients
  • Assist with the provision of GCT templates
  • Assist with the provision of quarterly profit and loss statements (time permitting)
  • Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis as required
  • Ensure an accurate and clear narrative to accompany all financial reports is provided
Qualifications & Experience
  • Good understanding of sales, commissions, and costs
  • Experience in presenting financial information to non‑financial managers
  • Experience in interacting with different levels within the organization
  • Committed to learn and develop
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths at grade 6 and English at grade 5 (or above)
  • A levels or BTEC (finance‑related) qualification
