Job summary
A construction management company in Greater London is seeking a Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction projects. The role involves supervising construction workers, enforcing safety regulations, ensuring quality control, managing logistics, and maintaining accurate reports. Ideal candidates should be proactive problem solvers with strong organizational skills. This position offers an opportunity to work on varied projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct construction workers and subcontractors, plan and assign daily tasks.
- Enforce all site safety regulations and conduct safety briefings.
- Monitor the progress of work to ensure it stays on schedule.
- Address unforeseen issues and complications that arise on-site.
- Manage the procurement and delivery of materials and inspect incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on manpower, progress, and incidents.
