We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Support professional with SEN experience to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teaching staff in managing challenging behavior and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment
  • Deliver targeted interventions to support students’ social, emotional, and mental health development
  • Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior support strategies
  • Build positive relationships with students, helping them develop resilience, coping skills, and self-regulation
  • Monitor and report on student progress and wellbeing
Person Specification
  • Proven experience working with secondary students with SEN, preferably in SEMH or PRU settings
  • Skilled in managing challenging behavior with patience, consistency, and empathy
  • Strong understanding of social, emotional, and mental health needs in adolescents
