About the Role
This is a demanding role, and we are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage our in-house and cloud-based infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and patching server software, applications, and hardware to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure. Serving as the primary point of contact for any IT-related queries or issues, this role provides hands-on technical support.
The position involves engaging with team members at all levels within our global organization, including external parties, across multiple time zones. The individual in this role works under general supervision, manages various shifts, may work over 40 hours per week and/or be subject to callback as required, and may also need to travel as necessary.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, highly motivated, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be tasked with the overall management of the hardware and software systems that form our environment.

Preferred Skills And Experience:
·Familiarity with multi-platform authentication/identification environments.
·Experience with virtualization platforms and tools.
·Working knowledge, including the ability to set up, configure, upgrade, manage, and troubleshoot, Windows-based systems and services (i.e. Active Directory, Entra, Intune, AutoPilot, Windows Server,).
·Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate with internal/external customers, vendors, management etc. in both formal and informal situations.
