Compensation

Minimum €1 600 per month (depending on experience) plus an annual global incentive bonus and other benefits in compliance with the social benefit program of the company.

Contract & Start Date

Full‑time contract, start date by agreement.

About the Role

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the operation, education and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This includes partnering with stakeholders to develop workflows, perform needs assessments, assist in solution development and influence organizational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain and administer the ServiceNow instance.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports and integrations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement ServiceNow enhancements and improvements.
  • Perform regular ServiceNow updates and patches.
  • Monitor ServiceNow performance and adjust to optimize performance.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to ServiceNow users.
  • Participate in ServiceNow projects as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation of ServiceNow processes and procedures.
  • Train new and existing ServiceNow users on the platform.
  • Stay up-to-date on new ServiceNow releases and functionality.
Key Requirements
  • Experience administering and configuring ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and processes.
  • Some degree of scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
  • Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – highly desired.
  • Any other ServiceNow certification or micro‑certification – optional.
Languages
  • Speaking – English (other languages a plus).
  • Writing / Reading – English (other languages a plus).
