CAFM & Estates Systems Manager
Job summary
A reputable facilities management firm in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced CAFM & Estates Systems Manager to join their Estates & Facilities team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a technical discipline and significant experience managing CAFM systems and large teams. Responsibilities include leading CAFM system development and overseeing compliance reporting, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £62,000 per annum.

- Significant experience in estates or facilities management, including CAFM systems.
- Proven experience managing large teams.
- Experience of managing process driven operations within an organisation.

We are working with a well-established client who is seeking an experienced CAFM & Estates System Manager to join their Estates & Facilities team. This senior role is key to managing CAFM systems, asset databases, and compliance reporting, ensuring safe and efficient operations across a large and complex estate.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: up to £62,000 per annum (based on experience)
- Lead CAFM system development and ensure data integrity.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules and compliance reporting.
- Drive process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Manage and develop a technical team, ensuring high performance and customer-focused service delivery.
- Significant experience of working within technical or Estates management teams, on data and information related management
- Proven experience managing large teams
- Experience of managing process driven operations within an organisation
- Experience of working with complex processes and creating process maps and drafting policies and processes
- Degree in IM&T or technical discipline
- PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification
- Significant experience in estates or facilities management, including CAFM systems
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Asset Management ISO 55001 knowledge
- Advanced CAFM and BMS systems experience
