You will be part of the team responsible for managing and maintaining Atlas Hotels central IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and reliable—supporting both our Leicester Support Office and hotel teams nationwide. What you’ll be doing:

• Act as the escalation point for IT support tickets, resolving complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Lead Office 365 administration, including user management, licensing, and configuration.
• Manage system patching, updates, and infrastructure performance to ensure stability and security.
• Oversee IT infrastructure at the Leicester Office and provide on‑site support at hotels when needed.
• Analyse recurring IT issues and create training initiatives to prevent future problems.
• Support the Head of IT in developing and delivering the annual Capex programme.
• Maintain accurate asset records and manage relationships with key IT suppliers.
• Help develop IT knowledge and best practice across all Atlas teams.

We think you’ll thrive if you have:

• At least 5 years' experience in IT management, with solid Office 365 administration skills.
• Strong knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, security, and Microsoft platforms.
• A problem‑solving mindset and ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
• Great communication and organisational skills, with the confidence to support both Leicester office and hotel teams.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• The ability to use data and insights to drive decisions and improvements.
• A self‑motivated, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to hotel sites when needed.
