Working within the marketing department, you will be required to manage the ecosystem of our digital systems, tools and platforms to ensure Climate Action runs in the most efficient and productive way to enable and support business objectives. You will also be responsible for the identification and implementation of new tools, platforms and processes across marketing, sales, operations, production and client success departments. In addition to our core tools, platforms, and systems, you will also be responsible for identifying how AI tools can improve business efficiency, create and launch new products, enhance the quality of our existing products, and reduce costs.

Your key focus areas will include:

  • Manage and maintain the ecosystem of Climate Action's digital systems, tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, event registration platforms, analytics, etc.) to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage Climate Action's websites (primarily WordPress), including updates, plug‑in management, security monitoring, content publishing workflows, and optimisation for performance and SEO
  • Coordinate with internal programmers and external developers/designers to deliver website improvements and troubleshoot issues
  • Day‑to‑day ownership, set‑up and management of our Swoogo event registration platform for each event, to ensure a seamless delegate experience
  • Partner with registration suppliers to ensure seamless integration of the Swoogo platform with suppliers' badge printing process and handheld badge scanning for managing room access
  • On‑site troubleshooting on registration and data‑related issues
  • Lead on the implementation, integration, and optimisation of new digital tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee system adoption across departments, providing training, support, and clear documentation to ensure smooth transitions
  • Monitor platform usage and performance, providing regular reports and insights to ensure maximum ROI on technology investments
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Event Delivery teams to streamline processes and enable effective cross‑departmental working
  • Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and liaising with platform providers or technical support when required
  • Stay up to date with digital system innovations and best practices, advising on opportunities for improvement
  • Safeguard data quality, system security, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across high‑profile events attended by senior representatives from regional governments, UN agencies, international and regional NGOs, investors, donors, research institutes, and solution providers.
