Reeson Education is working with a well-respected and inclusive primary school in North West London seeking an experienced learning support assistant wishing to progress further as Nurture Group Leader.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with an interest in supporting children's learning and development, and a commitment to helping every child thrive in a nurturing and ambitious school community.

• Support KS1 pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in small nurture groups.
• Created a calm, structured environment to build confidence, resilience, and positive relationships.
• Planned and delivered targeted activities to develop emotional literacy and social skills.
• Worked closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement and review individual support plans.
• Communicated regularly with parents and carers to ensure joined-up support.
• Promoted positive behaviour and emotional regulation using consistent, nurturing strategies.
