A healthcare provider is seeking a part-time Deputy Team Manager for its North & West Oxfordshire Adult Mental Health Team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified RMN or OT with leadership experience in mental health. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and ambitious individual with experience in mental health community to further develop your managerial and leadership skills whilst continuing to undertake varied and more complex clinical work, with a good split between managerial and clinical work.
This is a senior role within a well-established, multidisciplinary team that consists of both highly experienced and newly qualified professionals, all committed to delivering high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges in our local community.
