We serve our clients’ real economic needs in commercial banking, investment banking, private banking and asset management. We are investing heavily in digital technologies, prioritising long term success over short‑term gains, and serving society with ambition and integrity.

About the Programme

Designed to inspire black heritage, female and students from less advantaged socio‑economic backgrounds, the programme is an amazing opportunity for you to experience the inclusive and collaborative culture that we’re proud to have cultivated at Deutsche Bank.

As part of Rise Grow and Advance into Fixed Income & Currencies you will have the opportunity to take part in a varied schedule covering the below:

  • A four‑day interactive (in‑person) insight programme introducing you to Deutsche Bank and the Financial Services sector focusing on Fixed Income & Currencies.
  • You will gain an understanding of other areas of the bank to broaden your understanding of how each area operates in partnership to fulfil our client needs.
  • Interactive workshops introducing our business, clients, and our role in society.
  • The opportunity to meet inspirational leaders and role models from analysts and associates right through to senior management.
  • Employability skills workshops with the Early Careers team.
  • You will have an opportunity to attend in‑person workshops, interactive or networking sessions to see what goes on behind the scenes.
  • You will have access to a dedicated Deutsche Bank mentor who will be committed to guiding you throughout the programme and supporting your professional journey for 12 months after the programme.

Rise Grow and Advance into Fixed Income & Currencies is a programme that not only recognises your talent but also rewards it. By becoming a part of our bank, you’re becoming part of a diverse and inclusive network that will continue to support you for the rest of your career.

When applying please select which part of Rise Grow and Advance you’d like to be considered for:

RISE – aimed at students of black heritage, you will have the opportunity to network with senior black heritage leaders and gather their insight into the finance industry.

GROW – aimed at female students, you will have an opportunity to network with senior females and gather their insight into navigating the finance industry.

ADVANCE – aimed at students from less advantaged socio‑economic backgrounds.

Successful students may have the opportunity to be considered for Deutsche Bank’s Internship Programme in Summer 2027.
