This is a great opportunity for someone who's recently left school or college and wants to begin a career in finance. You don't need previous experience - just enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
We'll teach you everything you need to know about how a finance department runs day to day, from handling invoices and payments to understanding how money moves through a business.
If you show commitment and a knack for numbers, there's scope to grow and even work toward a formal qualification (like AAT) in the future.
You don't need to have all the answers yet - we're here to help you develop your skills and confidence.
At Oakwrights, you'll be part of a friendly, down-to-earth team that genuinely cares about the people who work here. We'll make sure you feel supported, valued, and given every opportunity to grow at a pace that suits you.
