You’ll also help expand and level-up Synthesia’s small but fast-growing creator community — finding new creators, and enabling them to produce winning ads at scale. This role sits at the heart of our performance creative engine.
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll work closely with our Creative Strategy Lead, performance marketing team, motion designers, and our early but fast-growing network of content creators. Your mission is simple: Create winning ads.
You’ll be the one researching trends, hunting for and developing scroll-stopping ad concepts, and turning those insights into weekly creative briefs that creators and our internal team can execute on immediately.
Your success = winning ads that spend real budget, creators who are guided and enabled, and a high volume of fresh ideas feeding our testing pipeline.
This role is fast-paced, high-ownership, and extremely creative. Nobody will tell you what you can or can’t try. If you have a crazy idea… you just go for it.
These aren’t required, but they will make your job of making ads and briefing creators much easier.
