The role involves working with stakeholders to ensure critical knowledge is documented and standardized. We are currently seeking two Business Analysts who will be responsible for mapping analysing and documenting critical business processes across multiple capabilities and business areas including shared service functions.
As the successful applicant you’ll be responsible for ensuring that processes systems and other critical knowledge is accurately captured standardised and made available for business teams to utilise to ensure continuity of operations. A hugely important role you will bridge gaps between subject matter experts knowledge authors and leadership by identifying connections and dependencies between business capabilities and processes identifying stakeholders and supporting the development of training materials.
Both opportunities are currently being offered for a fixed term of 18 months.
