Avanti Recruitment is looking for a C++ Software Engineer to support long‑term defence projects involving real‑time processing, high‑performance computing and mission‑critical software. Prior defence experience is preferred, and experience with sonar or signal processing will be highly advantageous.

You’ll be working in a C++‑focused environment across system design, algorithm development, optimisation, simulation/modelling and complex data handling.
