Job summary
A reputable engineering company in Rugby seeks an experienced CNC Programmer for night shifts. In this role, you will set up, operate, and program 3-axis CNC machines for both one-off and batch production projects. Candidates should have around five years of relevant experience, strong skills in Siemens controls, and the ability to perform offline CAD/CAM programming. Competitive hourly rate plus shift allowance is offered, along with various development opportunities and benefits such as a company pension and holidays.

- Skilled with Siemens controls particular for CNC programming.
- Experience in offline CAD/CAM programming (Fusion 360 desirable).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Set, operate and program 3-axis CNC machines for one-off and batch production projects.
- Create and edit programs using Siemens (Online).
- Perform offline programming using CAM software (Fusion 360, MasterCAM).
- Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Use quality measuring devices like calipers and micrometers.
