• Strong experience in a technical support or operational role.
• Ability to travel to multiple client sites across the Dorset area.
• Eligibility for NPPV 3 Clearance, requiring a minimum of 5 years working history in the UK.

• Provide technical troubleshooting knowledge to resolve 3rd line incidents within SLAs.
• Support hardware installation and complete change requests within SLA.
• Ensure technical solutions are supportable within contractual SLAs/KPIs.
