1. Greeting all clients with a warm, welcoming, and professional attitude.
2. Managing appointments using our booking system (phone, online, and walk-ins).
3. Handling phone calls and answering any customer enquiries.
4. Managing salon emails.
5. Taking payments, issuing receipts, and managing the till.
6. Ensuring the front-of-house and reception area are always clean, tidy, and inviting.
7. Supporting stylists and management with day-to-day tasks.
8. Keeping track of retail stock at the front desk and assisting with product sales.
9. Helping coordinate a smooth and professional flow of daily operations.

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing role (experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is ideal but not essential).
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly personality.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking or POS systems (training provided).
• A team player who’s willing to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues.
