CONCIERGE ASSISTANT, ONE HYDE PARK

3 days on, 3 days off, 12 hour shifts

We’re looking for a Concierge Assistant to join our Concierge team at One Hyde Park.

As a Concierge Assistant at One Hyde Park, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional service to our residents and their guests

  • Doorman duties

  • Porter duties

  • Valet parking duties

  • Cover the Concierge desk when required

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be working on a 3 on, 3 off rotating shift basis of 12‑hour shifts. Shift patterns will include weekends and bank holidays, with a requirement to cover occasional night shifts, so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Concierge Assistant candidate, you will have:
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license is essential. (Advanced would be preferred)

  • Previous 5* Hotel or Residences experience

  • A charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skills

  • Efficient in multi‑tasking in high pressure environments

  • Flexible availability
