Spa Treatment Supervisor

Contract: Full Time
Salary: £35,120 OTE

This role is integral to the promotion and influence of our Brand; the spa operation is the very essence of our brand and as such, the role is a key part of our operation. We work in times of constant evolution and development; it is therefore essential that you remain knowledgeable in your specialist area and use this knowledge to support your team and ensure the highest standards are met.

Some responsibilities include:

• Conduct daily uniform checks to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Collaborate with the Elemis and Clarins Account Managers to maximize retail opportunities.
• Work closely with the In-House trainer and spa management to meet set KPIs.
• Attend the 8am booking station or ensure suitable attendance.
• Participate in tours, ensuring therapists conduct them in line with SOPs, including talks and demonstrations.
• Carry out management responsibilities.
• Follow up on trade tests conducted.
• Adhere to all Champneys Spa Customer Service standards at all times.
• Work with the reception team to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Perform beauty treatments to the required standards, adhering to treatment times.
• Maintain high levels of room and therapist presentation, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and maintenance.
• Monitor daily treatment and retail sales revenues and communicate these effectively to therapists.
• Organize and control stock management of treatment and retail products following standard procedures.
• Assist the Spa Manager with recruitment, including interviews, trade tests, and inductions.
• Ensure efficient scheduling of therapist rotas.
• Assess therapists regularly, providing ongoing development and training in treatments and customer service.
• Deliver treatments and training within the spa to the highest standards, supporting business needs.
• Support and develop apprentices.
• Assist the spa manager with administrative tasks as required.
• Liaise with product suppliers regarding training, retail sales, stock, displays, and promotions.
