A leading leisure destination in Birmingham is seeking a hardworking Sous Chef to manage kitchen operations and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience at the Chef de Partie level, strength in team management, and the ability to handle emergency kitchen situations efficiently. This full-time role requires flexibility in working hours and offers various employee benefits.
We are currently looking for a hardworking Sous Chef to join our team with Resorts World Casino on a full time basis, working 40 hours per week.
As we love to have fun, we run a number of Company funded engagement events for our people to get involved in each year.
We also continually looks at ways to reward and engage our employees through things like Lifestyle Vouchers, long service awards, team incentives and social fund, annual company Christmas present and Career progression through our online learning portal Genting Academy.
